Everybody Welcome Course
• How many people 'try out' your church each year?
• Do they feel welcome?
• Do they come back?
• What would happen if 10%, 25% or even 50% of your visitors became
regular members of your congregation?
Everybody Welcome is the complete course to transform your church by improving
your approach to newcomers. In five teaching sessions, it will help you
review your attitudes to newcomers, learn new approaches and identify
areas of improvement and change. Click

Back To Church Sunday
Back to Church Sunday is now the largest single local-church invitational
initiative in the world. It is based on the simplest and shortest step
in evangelism - that we should invite someone we already know to something
we love; invite our friend to our church. The initial focus was to invite
‘back’ those who used to attend, but we want to ensure that
anyone who doesn’t currently attend can be guaranteed a specially
warm welcome.

Experience Easter
Experience Easter is an invitational event open to churches throughout
many dioceses. The project was agreed to be a great success by many of
the churches who took part last Easter.
Experience Easter involves running special events and services for people
of all ages. A Resource Pack outlines the activities, which include making
themed ‘stations of the cross’ in church, which children and
adults can participate in to ‘live the story’.
There are also the amazing Eggventure beads that are a fun and interactive
way for children to learn and enjoy the Easter story.
Churches can order the Eggs (£2 each) and Resources packs (£8)
from www.experienceeaster.org

Mission Shaped Intro course
Six weeks to rediscover mission and re-imagine church.
New world, new church? Our world and our lives have changed radically
in the last twenty years, but has the church adapted to this change? Do
we need a changed church for a changing world? Are new forms of church
really possible? If so, how can they be developed? Mission shaped intro
explores the ‘why’ of creating fresh expressions of church
rather than the ‘how’. The six-week course takes you on a
journey looking at the ever-changing nature of our social communities
and explores why the church needs to rethink its approach to those communities
in meaningful and relevant ways. The 90-minute sessions are delivered
through presentation, movie clips and stories with active group participation.
It is ideal for those who are starting from scratch as well as those who
have attended a vision day or who are maybe thinking about joining the
mission shaped ministry course.

Growing Healthy Churches (church
audit)
This can be run in more than one way:
• GHC: using the 7 marks of a healthy church to discovering the
strengths and weakness of the local church and making realistic plans
for the future.
• GHC Angel day looking at the present health of the church and
the vocation of the church. This is a more spiritual and intuitive way
of achieving the same purpose.
• An Angel day can also be used to jump-start the GHC process when
it has stopped, or it can be used after 3 – 4 years as part of a
review process.
